FITNESS COACHING
For those on the go or with limited availability, Fitness Coaching at FAC includes a strengthening and stretching program designed specifically for you. It includes weekly exercise schedules, regular in-depth assessments, and weekly phone or email consultations from one of our highly qualified, nationally certified Personal Trainers. If you are a person with some fitness direction and knowledge, and looking for accountability and direction, this may be a great option for you! SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
This program adds a group dynamic to Personal Training. Offered weekly, you will meet with a Certified Personal Trainer who will motivate you along with other participants through a bomber workout designed to push your limits physically and cardiovascularly. Class size is purposely kept small to ensure that all participants are using good form and variations of exercises are implemented depending on the individuals attending the session. Small Group Personal Training utilizes medicine balls, kettle bells, BOSU, TRX and numerous other adjuncts to help push your limits. Using body weight and gravity with a set of TRX straps can be one of the most challenging workouts you can do. Simultaneously, anyone can do TRX with the proper guidance. This class is offered twice a week and will help participants gain strength, flexibility and balance. There is simply no comparison to this dynamic and functionally stimulating exercise technique!
