Barbell Basics 

Have you hit a plateau and want to get the edge to push past it? Have you been struggling to gain strength? Are you a seasoned gym goer who wants to push your strength to the next level, or are you new to the gym and just want to see what powerlifting is all about? NASM Certified Personal Trainer and competitive powerlifter Zach Joson will be running a program on the fundamentals of powerlifting. Instruction will go over proper breathing and bracing techniques, and how to effectively cue yourself during the "Big Three Lifts" (the squat, bench, and deadlift). This program will give you the tools you need to take your training to the next level. Enrollment is limited. Registration required.
