BA in Therapeutic Recreation, San Diego State University, San Diego, CA

Certifications include Yoga Alliance e200 Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Urban Rebounding, Willpower & Grace Method , TRX, Mat Pilates, Spin and Silver & Fit. Jan has been teaching fitness and yoga classes for over 26 years and was the former Group Fitness Director at Summit Health & Fitness. Jan believes that fitness can be fun and offers modifications allowing for a safe & enjoyable fitness experience.

Jan enjoys volunteering at Theatrikos Theater Company, as well as the Flagstaff Shakespeare Festival and is an avid advocate for the arts in Flagstaff. Jan enjoys hiking & European bicycle trips with her husband.
