Hello there! I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer from Chino Valley, AZ. I am a dedicated and passionate trainer looking to help you achieve your fitness goals and lead you to a healthier, happier life. My fitness career started off as an athlete in high school and carried me into college. I have experience underneath the NAU Men's Basketball team and have trained some collegiate athletes. I am currently studying at NAU and will be graduating in May 2024 with a degree in exercise physiology. My goal is to use my knowledge to take you beyond your perceived limitations and help you grow physically and mentally.
