Fall into Running

Join Exercise Physiologist Emilia Thom on an 8-week running journey this fall! This program is geared for new or amateur runners who want to work towards a personal record or first-time finish in the 5K. Emilia will lead weekly group workouts focused on injury prevention, strength training, and interval training. Each runner will receive personalized weekly workout plans.
