Richard started working in the Fitness and Group Fitness Departments at FAC in 2021. He is a certified Pilates Instructor since 2009 from Long Beach Dance Conditioning. He works predominantly with clients who are dealing with chronic conditions and/or post-operative recovery. The therapeutic side of Pilates movement is the main modality that he starts in. After building the fundamentals of core control and stabilizing systems he likes to branch out into the movement patterns his clients/class enjoys the most.
His Philosophy is the mind body connection is fundamental to safe and effective movement. He wants to help facilitate his clients’ journey in discovering what their body is capable of and exploring its limits.
His hobbies include walking the beautiful trails in Flagstaff, singing, dancing, gardening, cooking, reading and video games.
