Group Fitness Instructor
B.S. in Business, University of Arizona 200 hour RYT Michael has been leading group yoga practices at FAC since 2008. Typically a class would combine both holding deep stretches as well as vinyasa flow. A practitioner could expect sun salutations, standing balance postures, and additional flowing sequences of asana with planks and lunge variations. Awareness of proper alignment, breath, and core engagement is emphasized.
