Through the systems of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Anusara Yoga, Erin has learned the necessity of proper alignment, the delights of a flowing sequence, and the potency of our heart’s intention. In her classes, she blends these three aspects of yoga while speaking directly from her experience of over 25 years of personal practice. Expect powerful sequences, deep internal impact, and life-inspired personal contemplations that catapult you into the power of possibility.

For Erin, yoga is a way of life; it is an avenue for self-discovery and the impetus to live a good, sustainable life. The brilliance and philosophy of yoga transformed and inspired her view of all that a good life entails. She brings an enchantment with the metaphor of poetry and her desire for a good life into her teaching. She encourages students to enhance their physical awareness, strength, and health while discovering their own needs, intent and creative expression. She has been teaching since 2000 and is the author of Sleeping Bag Yoga: For Hikers, Bikers, and Paddlers.
