Join DeAnn for this 4-Week introduction to Paddle board Yoga. 

Why try Yoga Float?
1. Engagement: Practicing yoga on a floating yoga mat, engages muscles that you may neglect during 
              your on-land practice. 

  2. Mindfulness: The added challenge of doing yoga on a wobbly board will require presence and 
                                    intention with all your movements. 
3. Why not? Exercise and movement should be fun, and something you enjoy doing. What could be more
      fun than splashing, wobbling, and laughing to fun music with other fun people, while also       taking care of your body?
