Since 2001 ó Katie has a Masterís Degree in Health and Fitness Management from American University and a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition from Pennsylvania State University. She has been working in the health and fitness field since 1983. Katie has managed numerous corporate wellness programs. She has instructed weight management classes, stress management and a variety of fitness programs. Having two children, Katie recognizes the need for fitness programs that are efficient, balanced and convenient. She has also competed in triathlons and running races and can help design programs to meet more competitive goals.
