Hi everyone, I am an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. My philosophy is that exercise is one of the cheapest and easiest ways to maintain almost all aspects of your health. I believe wholeheartedly that exercise is a medicine that can be used as both a preventative method and a treatment modality. My favorite exercise modalities are running and hiking, although I also enjoy strength training, cycling, swimming and bouldering. I love teaching people how to use exercise as a method to improve overall health, and I am extremely enthusiastic about helping people start or continue their running journeys.
