Since 2018 - Our minds, or more specifically negative thoughts, keep us from accomplishing things that we never dreamed we were capable of doing. There is no “one size fits all” solution to good health and fitness. Everyone can find an activity that they enjoy. Through training, nutrition education and encouragement you can achieve great things and amaze yourself. I have helped many people run their first mile (5K, Half Marathon, Marathon and beyond) as well as lose weight, eliminate medications and have much more energy. I particularly enjoy working with people that are “new to exercise” or have been inactive for an extended period.
